I was actually kinda surprised when Kenpachi straight-up called Nnoitra out for dodging that swing, it really pulled back the curtain on Nnoitra’s whole tough guy act for me. You could just feel how much he was trying to project strength, but Kenpachi saw right through it, exposing the fear Nnoitra was hiding beneath all that bravado about his skin.
