Seeing Unohana choose to heal Gantenbaine, even though he was an enemy and totally incapacitated, really struck me; it's like she has this deep conviction about her role as a healer that overrides the whole Shinigami-Hollow war, and honestly, it makes me see her in a totally new light compared to the other captains focused solely on battle.
