I think it's hilarious how Aizen treats a bunch of terrifying Espada like they are just having a polite business meeting, and seeing him drink tea while Grimmjow and Tosen are at each others' throats is so cold. It makes me wonder how strong the rest of them are if Aizen can keep guys like Baraggan in check so easily
