The most tense and final episode of the season, and for good reason. We got the results we wanted and further progress in their romance as well - and I wouldn't have it any other way. A simple show about manga turned out to be more than that, and I enjoyed every moment of it.

With only one episode to go, everyone's on their toes, ready for the final reveal. The nervousness this episode was real - no one could just sit and do nothing. Still working on the next. That Miho interaction was in pretty poor taste, but it looks like it will be resolved.

With Koji so full of himself, it's a battle between the other 3 to come out on top. This episode was fierce and nail biting inducing, waiting each week for results. I enjoyed seeing everyone try hard to improve, straight up locked in. Fantastic episode, with two more to go.

Nice to see the whole group get together again at Niizuma's house. All the drama at Jack HQ was shortlived and we instead got a direct head to head on each other's opinions. This is what makes the show fun. Adding a bit of Miho to the episode isn't so bad either, I suppose.

The author rivalry burns even hotter now that the duo is getting serious in the manga business. All their efforts are not in vain. A very serious episode as a new (yet has been teased for a couple episodes now) character is in the race to become a mangaka, and is a threat.

A small cute and funny moment with Miho's performance on TV. But that doesn't compare to what the Mashiro and Takagi were going through! The motivation is high, the duo is at their best and the rivalry is strong. Yet another exciting episode with Miyoshi playing best support.

The show had me worried there for a moment. Glad to see that this small altercation only further deepened their bond. Hattori once again proves that he's the best editor for the duo, a great way of handling the situation. Too bad the duo is further ahead than him now!

I'm not liking the tension between the two because of the romance. I hope that doesn't deter from the actual goal. Fukuda's otaku rant was great, including the others chiming in with their own opinions. We're almost at the end so this much is expected from the series writing.

Mashiro working as an assistant for Niizuma is the best thing that has happened so far. I didn't know what to think of Niizuma earlier. But turns out he's actually a pretty decent person, and his communication with Mashiro and Fukuda was great. And overall, it was a good episode.

Quite the decent episode considering the development on all sides. Whatever Takagi felt during the talk with the editor and his work, I felt it too. A bit of an emotional episode and some major advances romance wise. An equal and lucky opportunity for all characters.

As much as I was bored with Miho and her lack of personality, it was nice to see a side of her that we didn't yet get to see - her role/dream as a voice actress. It's a chance to flesh out her character more. Eiji and Moritaka's rivalry is now official! Makes it all the better.

Chaos at Jack HQ! What a frantic and energetic meeting with the so called genius that is Niizuma Eiji. I wasn't expecting such an encounter considering it was mostly teased all this time. Their ability to fight for what they want with the editor was entertaining.

Happy to see that the conversations with Miho are bite sized now. It let's us focus on the bigger picture, that is our competition to beat Niizuma Eiji. Every visit to Jack HQ is a learning experience and motivates them further. Love seeing the teamwork on display.
