Synopsis

What happens when a miserable remedial class afternoon somehow manages to get even worse? Then one of them gets caught watching adult content on his phone, and things get genuinely weird. A supernatural entity called 'The Ruler' crawls out of the device and locks everyone in the classroom, laying down a single condition for their escape: produce an adult video, with the guy who got caught as director and his classmates as the cast. That's the entire premise of this 2-episode OVA from Rabbit Gate, and it commits to it completely. What makes it slightly more interesting than a standard hentai setup is the supernatural framing: there's a actual otherworldly force running the situation, which gives it a strange, almost surreal atmosphere that separates it from straightforward scenarios. The character dynamics get some attention too, particularly how each person responds to being trapped in an absurd and compromising situation. It's based on a manga, and the adaptation keeps the tone grounded in that specific kind of escalating awkwardness. If you've seen something like Bible Black and appreciated hentai that leans into a distinct supernatural premise rather than pure slice-of-life setups, this scratches a similar itch. Fans of Shoujo Sect who enjoy character-focused adult anime with an actual narrative hook might also find it worth the short runtime.
